She has been competing since 2001. In 2006, with duet partner Isabelle Rampling, won gold at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. She also won a gold medal in Solo at that competition. She and Rampling won gold at the Russian Synchro Open Cup earlier this year. Boudreau-Gagnon became interested in synchronized swimming after watching Canadian medallist Sylvie Frechette compete in the 1990s.
