Oliver Bone Bio

Bone will compete in Beijing in the men's 470 event with teammate Stephane Locas. In August 2000, he and then-teammate Patrick Littee won the Canadian Olympic Regatta in Kingston. He started sailing when he was eight years old and racing when he was 13. He says he got involved in the sport because his parents wanted him out of the house in the summer. He trains in both Halifax and Montreal.
